With Klarna, you have two choices.  You can either pay 30 days after you receive your order.  Or spread the cost over three interest free payments.  Simply select "Pay Later in 30 days" or "Pay Later in three interest free instalments" at the checkout.

  • Klarna divides the spend over three interest free payments.  The first payment to be paid at the checkout on the day of order, the second in 30 days and the third, final payment in 60 days.

Having trouble paying for your order with Klarna?

If you have any trouble placing an order with Klarna, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

  • Klarna may have rejected your application to pay on account. We would recommend choosing another type of payment or placing an order for a smaller amount.
  • You may have outstanding payments on previous Klarna invoices.
  • You may have missed a required field at the checkout, such as filling in your Date of Birth.

Please note that Klarna are an independent payment company and Cherubs have no influence over whether your payment with Klarna is accepted or not.

Why has my application not been accepted?

Unfortunately, Klarna is a third party payment service and Cherubs has no control over the decisions made by the company. If you are not accepted by Klarna you can use our ' easy payment plan option' which is a 10% deposit followed by weekly instalments, however, you will receive your order once the full balance is paid.

How does Klarna work?

After we have sent your order, you will receive an email with payment instructions. Please always check your junk inbox if your email does not arrive.

What details are needed when I make a purchase?

If you want to make a purchase with Klarna you need to provide your name, postal address and email address. For some orders you may need to provide your mobile number and date of birth. All information will be sent to your email address, including payment reminders and links to your online statements. It's very important, that you provide the correct email details, otherwise you will not receive the payment information and so be liable for delayed payment fees.

Is my payment information safe?

Klarna processes payment information securely. No card details are transferred to or held by Cherubs. All transactions take place via connections secured with the latest industry standard security protocols.

How is my statement sent?

If you have chosen to "Pay Later" or "Pay Later in three interest free instalments", Klarna will send you an email explaining how and when to pay. 

Have you received my payment?

If you pay by card, Cherubs will confirm your order right away. If choosing to pay with Klarna, they will send you a payment confirmation to the email address that you have used for your order. If you have made a payment but not received the payment confirmation, you can always check the status of your order and payments by logging in at
